2. Client Obligations
Provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback.
Pay project fees as per the agreed timeline.
Ensure any third-party content provided does not infringe on intellectual property laws.
3. Payment Terms
All services are billed as per the agreed scope, with partial or full advance payment required.
Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom work created by Century Digital remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding third-party licensed tools or templates.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared proprietary or sensitive information.
6. Revisions and Modifications
Service revisions are limited as per the package selected. Additional revisions may be chargeable.
7. Refund & Cancellation
No refunds will be issued once the work has commenced or a milestone has been delivered.
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
